SH² Engineering GmbH offers experienced construction managers and project managers an excellent platform and a large network for carrying out joint projects. We are always looking for new employees and network partners for our projects. Our network partners are managers or partner companies who we use in our projects. These have all been verified by us and have signed a framework contract.

Requirements
You have at least three years’ professional experience with demonstrable success as a construction manager or project manager in the field of machine and plant construction. You also have high leadership skills and expertise in the field of implementation.
You have a talent for analytical planning and organising, as well as strong communication skills.
You can establish goals and strategies and use these to develop measures accordingly. Your core management values are loyalty, responsibility and high-quality results. You have high levels of intercultural sensitivity and, in close cooperation with us and our Customer Management department, are prepared to take on operational responsibility in our international projects on site.
A good grasp of English and familiarity with software tools complete your profile.
